Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
MINIMUM STAYS:
For holiday weekends (Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labor Day) we require
3 nights minimum for a campsite reservation. For other weekends during
July and August we require a minimum of 2 nights. The cabins generally
require a minimum stay of 2 nights (3 nights on all long weekends),
however specific minimums apply depending on season and availability.
Some cabins are only rented by the week (7 nights).
REQUEST FOR SPECIFIC CAMPSITE/CABIN NUMBERS: We guarantee specific campsite/cabin
numbers for reservations of 7 nights or more. We do our very best to
satisfy your request but do not guarantee specific site numbers if your
reservation is for less than 7 nights; campsites/cabins are assigned
upon arrival.
CABIN RESERVATIONS:
A fully refundable security authorization of $200.00 (credit card or
cash) will be due upon arrival. Pets are allowed; a one-time sanitation
fee of $ 25.00 applies.
ADVANCE PAYMENTS: The cost of the first night for the campsite/cabin
will be processed on your credit card at the time of confirmation. Cabin
reservations will be processed on your credit card as above and a second
charge for the remaining balance will be due 30 days ahead of your arrival
date. Payments towards cabins are non-refundable.
FORM OF PAYMENTS: Advance payment: Visa, MasterCard, online money transfer
or money order (call for amount). Balance due on arrival: Visa, MasterCard,
debit or cash.
CAMPSITE CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations made at least 7 days before
your arrival date, we refund the campsite fee less $10.00 cancellation
fee to your credit card. For cancellations within the last 7 days before
your arrival date, there is no refund. Days reserved and cancelled at
check-in will be refunded with $10.00 per night retained. No fee adjustments
for early departures or late arrivals. Individual nights cannot be canceled
off reservations that require a minimum stay. Reservations that include
a holiday weekend cannot be shortened. No Shows will be charged the
full amount for the days reserved.
CABIN CANCELLATIONS: There is no refund for cabin reservations.
CHANGE OF CAMPSITE
RESERVATION: A $10 fee applies for changing a current campsite reservation.
